Each system comes with 5 years of service included from the date of the vehicle purchase. Should a customer keep their vehicle past the initial 5 year period, there is an annual charge to the customer of $99 to renew their subscription.
No. Each customer will always be connected to your dealership during the ownership of their vehicle. If they own their vehicle past the initial 5 years of service that comes included and they decide to renew their service, the Dealer Digital Glovebox will automatically be turned on within their app at no additional charge to your dealership.
If a customer's vehicle is stolen and not recovered within 30 days, the customer will receive $5k towards the purchase of a new vehicle at your dealership.
By simply driving! Customers will receive automated service offers based on their vehicles' live mileage that align with their OEM maintenance schedule. Once in equity, they’ll receive an offer to trade in their vehicle and can easily view your vehicle’s live inventory, pricing, dealer discounts and rebates from within their Dealer Digital Glovebox. While the customer can delete their account and request deactivation of their system, the product is non-cancelable. It is financed within the terms of the loan agreement and therefore can not be canceled.
